MicroManipulator Lab

microMan

The microManipulator Lab offers a number of positioning tools based around piezo actuation.​ The micro manipulator system used at NanoteQ is based on a Sutter 225 system mounted on a high resolution optical microscope. Vac. probes, needle probes, and other manipulator tips are available.

The lab supports a Sutter MP-225 Motorized Micromanipulator System mounted onto an Olympus BM60 microscope with digital, spectroscopic imaging and a motorized xy stage.

The system has a placement accuracy of 46 nm.
